Orders and payments
Where can I find my order confirmation?
After checkout, an order-confirmation email is sent to the address used for the order. Check spam or junk folders and search the inbox for VICTGOAL if it does not appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact VICTGOAL Support as soon as possible. An order may only be changed or canceled before processing or shipment, so include the order number and requested change.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods currently available for the customer and region appear during checkout. A method that is not displayed may not be supported for that checkout.
Why is my discount code not working?
Check the spelling, eligibility, expiration, minimum-purchase requirement, and whether another offer is already applied. If the code still does not work, contact support with the code and a screenshot of the cart.
Shipping and tracking
How long does shipping take?
Delivery timing depends on destination, stock location, processing time, and the carrier. Review the current estimates on the Shipping Policy.
When will tracking information arrive?
Tracking is generally emailed after the order is processed and scanned by the carrier. Check spam or junk folders if the message is missing.
Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in the shipping email or visit Track Your Order. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
My tracking has not updated. Is the package lost?
Not necessarily. Carriers can have gaps between scans. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact support with the order number and tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns, refunds, and damaged items
What is the VICTGOAL return policy?

How do I start a return?
Contact support with the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason. The team will review eligibility and provide the applicable next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund timing depends on return inspection and the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method according to the return policy.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Contact support as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product. Keep the packaging until the case has been reviewed.

How do I choose the correct helmet size?

How should a bike helmet fit?

My helmet moves or wobbles. What should I check?
Confirm the size range, reposition the helmet so it sits level, and adjust the rear fit system and straps together. If it still moves independently, another size may be needed.
Can a helmet be reused after a crash?
Replace a helmet after a crash or significant impact, even when damage is not visible from the outside.
How should I clean a bike helmet?
Use mild soap, clean water, and a soft cloth. Air-dry the helmet away from high heat and avoid harsh solvents.
Does a rear-light helmet replace a bike rear light?
A helmet rear light is best treated as an additional visibility point. Use suitable front and rear bike lights and follow local lighting requirements.

What should I check when a light does not turn on?
