1) Where can I find my order confirmation?

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, check spam/junk folders or search your inbox for “VICTGOAL”.

2) Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

3) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available at checkout (shown during payment). If a method is not displayed, it may not be supported for your region.

4) My discount code isn’t working—what should I do?

Double-check code spelling, expiration, and minimum purchase requirements. If it still doesn’t apply, contact support with a screenshot of your cart and code.

5) How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination, stock location, and carrier. Your order confirmation and tracking updates provide the most accurate timing.

6) When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking is typically emailed after your order is processed and scanned by the carrier. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk and contact us with your order number.

7) My tracking hasn’t updated—does that mean it’s lost?

Not always. Carriers may have gaps between scans. If tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, contact us and we’ll help check the status.

Helmets (Sizing, Fit, Safety)

16) How do I choose the right helmet size?

Measure head circumference (about 1 inch / 2–3 cm above eyebrows) and match it to the product size chart. The helmet should sit level and feel snug without pressure points.

17) My helmet wobbles—how do I fix it?

Tighten the fit dial (if available), adjust the straps so they form a “Y” under each ear, and ensure the helmet sits level. If it still moves, confirm you’re in the correct size range.

18) Can I reuse a helmet after a crash?

It’s recommended to replace a helmet after any impact, even if damage isn’t visible.

19) How do I clean my helmet?

Use mild soap and water. Air-dry completely. Avoid harsh solvents and high heat.

20) Do rear-light helmets replace bike rear lights?

Rear-light helmets can improve visibility, but they’re best used as a supplement. For night riding, a dedicated rear bike light is still recommended.


Lights (Charging, Modes, Setup)

21) My light won’t turn on—what should I try first?

Charge the battery fully, try a different cable/power source, and check the charging port for dust or moisture. Some models require a long-press (2–3 seconds) to power on.

22) Can I use a fast charger?

We recommend standard USB charging (typically 5V). Avoid high-output chargers unless your product instructions specifically support them.

23) Which mode should I use for night riding?

Use steady mode for consistent road illumination. Flashing modes can help visibility in some environments. Always avoid aiming lights at oncoming riders.

24) Helmet light vs handlebar light—what’s better?

Handlebar lights are great for road illumination. Helmet lights point where you look and can supplement turns and head movement. Many riders use both.


Glasses (Lenses, Fit, Care)

25) Photochromic vs polarized—how do I choose?

Photochromic lenses adapt to changing light (shade/sun). Polarized lenses reduce glare on bright days and reflective surfaces. Your route and typical light conditions determine the best choice.

26) How do I clean my lenses without scratching?

Rinse dust with water first, then wipe with a microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels and harsh cleaners.

27) Do these glasses work for running too?

Yes. Many styles are designed for active use. Choose a secure fit and lens type that matches your environment.
