VICTGOAL Return Policy

30-day return window

The return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, VICTGOAL cannot offer a refund or exchange under this policy.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Contact VICTGOAL Support before sending an item. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply, when applicable, in the following situations:

An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by VICTGOAL.
An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund review and processing

After a return is received and inspected, VICTGOAL will send an email confirming receipt of the returned item and will notify the customer whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

Check the relevant bank or payment account again.
Contact the credit-card company or payment provider because posting can take additional time.
Contact the bank because processing time may apply before a refund is posted.
If these steps have been completed and the refund is still missing, contact VICTGOAL Support.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded under this policy. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Items are replaced only when they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact VICTGOAL Support with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive gift credit for the value of the eligible return. After the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to the recipient.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to the recipient, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Exchange delivery time varies by location.
For an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. VICTGOAL cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item.
