Helmet Manuals (VA110 / VA112 and similar)

1) Before You Ride (Safety & Fit Check)

  1. Measure head circumference and choose the correct size from the product size chart.
  2. Place the helmet level on your head (not tilted back).
  3. Tighten the fit dial until snug—helmet should not wobble.
  4. Adjust side straps so they form a “Y” under each ear.
  5. Buckle the chin strap (one finger under strap is ideal).

2) Rear Light / USB Module (If Included)

Charging

  • Fully charge before first use.
  • Use a standard USB charger (5V).
  • Avoid fast chargers that exceed typical 5V output.

Basic Operation

  • Press the power button to turn on/off.
  • Short press to switch modes (steady / flashing, depending on model).

Care

  • Keep charging port dry and clean.
  • If the helmet gets wet, air-dry completely before charging.

3) Magnetic Goggles / Visor (If Included)

  • Attach goggles/visor securely to the magnet points before riding.
  • Clean lens with water and a microfiber cloth (avoid harsh chemicals).
  • Store goggles/visor in a protective bag to reduce scratches.

Helmet Light Manuals (Helmet-Mounted Lights)

1) Installation (General)

  • Ensure the mount is secured and stable before riding.
  • Aim the light slightly downward to improve road visibility and reduce glare to others.

2) Charging

  • Charge fully before the first ride.
  • If the device feels warm during charging, unplug and allow it to cool before continuing.

3) Using Modes

  • Use steady mode for consistent road illumination.
  • Use flashing modes for daytime visibility where appropriate.
  • Always comply with local laws and riding etiquette.

4) Maintenance

  • Keep the lens clean for maximum brightness.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight or high-heat environments for extended periods.

Bike Lights Set Manuals (Front + Rear Sets)

Setup Checklist

  • Front light: points forward, slightly down, securely mounted.
  • Rear light: mounted where it’s clearly visible.
  • Charge both lights before first use.
  • Select modes based on your route (steady for dark paths, flashing for daytime visibility).

Tips for Night Riding

  • A rear light helps others see you; a front light helps you see the road.
  • Consider a helmet light as a supplement for corners and head turns.

Eyewear Care Guide (Photochromic / Polarized)

Cleaning

  • Rinse dust off first with water.
  • Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the lens.
  • Avoid paper towels and harsh cleaners (may scratch coatings).

Storage

  • Store in a protective case/bag.
  • Do not place lenses face-down.

Choosing Lenses

  • Photochromic: adapts to changing light (shade/sun).
  • Polarized: reduces glare on bright days and reflective surfaces.

Troubleshooting (Quick Fixes)

Helmet Light / Rear Light Issues

Light won’t turn on

  • Confirm battery is charged.
  • Try a different cable or power source.
  • Hold the power button for 2–3 seconds (some models require long-press).

Charging not working

  • Check for debris in the charging port.
  • Ensure port is fully dry before charging.
  • Try another cable.

Modes not switching

  • Use short press vs long press (varies by model).
  • Restart the device (power off, then on again).

Helmet Fit Issues

Helmet wobbles

  • Tighten fit dial and adjust straps.
  • Confirm correct size range.

Pressure points

  • Reposition pads (if adjustable).
  • Consider a different size if you are between sizes.
