Manuals and quick links

Model manuals and compliance documents

Match the model number on the helmet, packaging or product label before using model-specific instructions or compliance documents.

Bike helmet setup checklist

  1. Confirm that the model and size match the product ordered.
  2. Place the helmet level on the head rather than tilted far back.
  3. Adjust the rear fit system until the helmet feels snug without painful pressure.
  4. Position the side straps around the ears and fasten the chin strap securely.
  5. Perform a gentle shake test before riding. The helmet should move with the head instead of sliding independently.

For a complete measuring and fit walkthrough, use the Helmet Size and Fit Guide.

Rear lights and helmet lights

  • Confirm that the light or replacement module is compatible with the exact helmet model.
  • Secure the mount before riding and check that clothing or bags do not block the light.
  • Use the charging cable and power requirements specified for the product.
  • Keep charging contacts and ports clean and dry.
  • Aim forward-facing lights responsibly to reduce glare for other road users.
  • Use helmet lighting as a supplement to suitable front and rear bike lights.

Magnetic goggles, visors, and cycling glasses

  • Confirm that magnetic goggles or visors are seated securely before riding.
  • Rinse dust from lenses before wiping them.
  • Use clean water and a microfiber cloth for routine lens care.
  • Store removable lenses in a protective bag or case.
  • Check the product details before ordering replacement goggles or visors.

Quick troubleshooting

The helmet feels loose or moves

Confirm the size range, reposition the helmet so it sits level, and adjust the rear fit system and straps together. If the shell still moves independently, review the size guide or try another size.

A light does not turn on

Confirm that the battery is charged, inspect the cable and charging port, and follow the button sequence supplied for that model. Stop using a light that appears damaged, overheats, or has a damaged battery or charging port.

A replacement part does not fit

Do not force the part into place. Compare the helmet model, mount shape, product photos, and compatibility information, then contact support if the match is unclear.

Helmet care and replacement

  • Use mild soap, clean water, and a soft cloth for routine helmet cleaning.
  • Air-dry the helmet away from high heat.
  • Inspect the shell, impact foam, straps, buckle, fit system, and accessory mounts regularly.
  • Replace a helmet after a crash or significant impact, even when damage is not visible from the outside.

Warranty and customer support

When contacting support, include the product model, order information, a short description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. This helps the team identify the correct instructions or compatible replacement part.
