BEFORE EVERY RIDE

A QUICK GEAR CHECK GOES A LONG WAY.

Take a moment before riding to confirm that the gear you depend on is fitted, secured, charged, and ready for the route ahead.

Confirm that the product model and size match the gear you intended to use.
Place the helmet level on the head rather than tilted far back.
Adjust the rear fit system, side straps, and chin strap together until the helmet feels secure.
Check that magnetic goggles, visors, lights, and replacement modules are correctly seated and compatible.
Make sure lights are securely mounted, charged, visible, and not blocked by clothing or bags.
Perform a gentle shake test. The helmet should move with your head rather than sliding independently.

THE HELMET FEELS LOOSE

Confirm the listed size range, reposition the helmet so it sits level, then adjust the rear fit system and straps together. If the helmet still moves independently, review the size guide or consider another size.

BIKE / HELMET LIGHT

THE LIGHT DOESN’T TURN ON

Confirm that the battery is charged, inspect the cable and charging port, and follow the button sequence specified for that model. Stop using a damaged or overheating light.
