At VICTGOAL, we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking for every shipment. Delivery times depend on your destination, product availability, and the carrier network.
1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
2) Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Shipping time is the time it takes after your order leaves our facility.
A) US Shipping (when shipped from our US warehouse)

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Tracking: Provided with every order
B) International Fulfillment (when shipped from overseas fulfillment)

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after shipment

Customs: Delivery may take longer due to local customs processing (varies by country).
Note: Some orders may ship from different locations depending on stock availability. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages.
3) Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is typically emailed after the carrier scans your package.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can pause between carrier checkpoints.

If tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, contact us and we will assist.
4) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
5) Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
6) Delays, Missing Packages & Damaged Items
While we work with reliable carriers, delays can happen due to weather, high shipping volume, carrier disruptions, or customs.
If your package is delayed:

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it:
