The helmet itself is fairly basic. I had problems with the strap hitting me in the ear, but I was able to fix that by looping the end through the Velcro holder as seen in the listing photo. I normally wear a medium and I didn't have any problem with the fit. What sets this helmet apart is it has a built in light on the back. The light is powered by a CR1632 3v lithium battery, two are included. You can set the light to either chase, flash, or stay on. It also includes a bag/backpack to store the helmet.
The strap is only adjustable on one side making for a strange fit. As seen in the photos, you'll probably need to trim the strap. Also, the comfort cover for the strap is essentially useless since it can't go over the joint when adjusted. Bug mesh is only on 2 front/top ventilation holes.Good flashing light in the back and is pre-installed. It also comes with an extra battery.
Tried to tighten the helmet and the dial broke off in my hand and will not tighten to fit my head. You requested a picture of how the item broke so here you go. I cannot use the helmet as it does not fit my head. Does this helmet adjust to fit a woman's small head?

I love this helmet and have had no issues with it! It's very light, has a back light, and fits beautifully. It looks small, but it fits comfortably on my adult head.
I used this helmet for moderate bike riding. 10-15 mile rides and it feels great the whole time. I like riding at night so the rear light is a great feature! Really like this helmet and recommended it.
We are getting the kids bikes for Christmas, so picking up this bike helmet was a no brainer. This is a nice looking, but more importantly it looks to be well made and should protect well. It is nicely padded and very comfortable to wear. The straps are adjustable for a good fit. I love that it has a rear safety light built into the back of the helmet, and it even has a spare battery included. If you have a bike you need a helmet, and the quality and price both seem to be right with this one.

This helmet was almost too big for me, but I was able to adjust the chin straps and also the dial on the back to get a secure fit.This helmet is awesome. It's not at all cumbersome or annoying, and I can practically forget I even have it on. The rear light is effective and incredibly easy to use, and has a button that I can reach from behind to activate. The light can be off, it can be on (solid light), or it can be switched between two blinking modes. Just press the button to rotate between off/on/different modes. It's very easy. No instructions required.I was impressed that this helmet also came with a spare battery for the light at the back. When I first saw the battery dangling from the attached straps, I thought "oh no... I'm going to have to figure out where this goes"... but not so. The helmet light turned on just fine, which means they'd actually provided me a spare for if and when the light stops working! That's really going above and beyond. I'm super impressed by this company.The chin straps are easy to adjust and comfortable to wear, and there's a padded piece which is removable and can be slid up or down to the right spot for comfort. You can even take it off and wrap it around the buckle if you choose.This helmet has great ventilation through the top, and it's appropriate for hot weather use. I love the visor on the front as well. The only thing I don't like about this helmet is that my hair does keep getting caught on the inside. There are some slightly rough areas of mesh that are a bit abrasive and are snagging my hair. That's frustrating, and obviously I don't want that kind of damage. I will probably just wear a thin skull cap or bandana or something beneath this helmet to help protect my hair. Other than that little issue, this is pretty much perfect. It's low profile, and I don't feel ugly when I wear it. Yay for safety. I recommend this.

This is comfortable but the biggest complaint I have is the strap. It does not cinch up as did my motorcycle helmets did and that does not seem "secure". I will keep it but I may look for another one to compare.
This helmet is awesome. I get hot when riding so when the wind blows and I can feel it come through this helmet I know I made the right decision. Plus it’s so light weight and gives ample protection.

Super lightweight! For the price, this is a great helmet. I forget that I’m even wearing it. People ask me where I bought it. I tell them, “ I can try n get you one “. Then I buy it from Amazon and tack on a few bucks for my time and effort. Just kidding but Mikie definitely Likie!

I really like the looks of the helmet - it's not the usual racing style helmet, but rather something you don't have to be embarrassed about wearing riding to and from work. The integrated light is a nice bonus, I don't have to try to make myself more visible. I also like the adjustability of the helmet, fits me very well and it's easy to adjust, too. Overall great buy, would definitely recommend! (Only wish they had a smaller size to fit my wife)

Lightweight with a handy safety light.I like the overall design of the lightweight affordable helmet. It's great for me as I bike occasionally and don't need anything too fancy. I appreciate that there aren't any attached visors or covers that can break or fall off over time. I would prefer the light was rechargeable but it is a nice touch that it comes with a second battery. The helmet is lightweight and comfortable to wear.There is an adjustment dial in the back which can expand or contract an inner band. This makes the bike helmet easy to adjust any size from medium to large and get a snug fit. The chin strap has lower padding for comfort, are also easily adjustable, and have a quick release buckle for fast on and off.The helmet has a generic type of style with a small front visor. There are no flashy stripes or striking colors. No crazy branding or reflecting strips. The basic helmet comes in three colors: black, white, and--the helmet I got--blue. The matte blue is attractive enough.This is a more than serviceable helmet. It does the trick and I particularly enjoyed the ability to adjust the helmet on the fly to get a good fit. Recommended.
I acquired this VICTGOAL Bike Helmet for Men Women Adults with LED Rear Light Cycling Helmet and Integrated Sun Visor for my mid-sixties, fit older sister. She reports that the helmet is a blue color that she can live with for many years. The inner foam and mesh comfort bands remove for cleaning. The chin clasp snaps and unsnaps easily, but is secure. When Sissy tugs on the safety straps, they all seem firmly attached to the helmet. While riding, it’s easy to reach back and activate the safety flasher/light. There are sufficient ventilation holes located front, back, and sides. There is a dial that allows you to adjust the inner lining apparatus for a customized fit. As far as look, comfort, and fit, she recommends this helmet, and Sissy ain't no soft touch.
